It’s all about the kids and having fun. We don’t post standings. We don’t give out trophies at the end. And we really don’t get asked very much about those things. The kids who are here, the parents who are here are starting to understand that it’s about fun, it’s about the kids improving. And it’s not about getting another championship trophy.

“I have 2 girls. One’s a 13-year-old and one’s a 10-year-old. And it’s great for them play 3 on 3 because they get to touch the ball a lot. You know, you go play 5 on 5 - you do that in either an AAU setting or an open gym setting - you may go the whole time and not touch the ball.”
